If you’re hesitating, or trying a music contract management platform for the first time, don’t worry. We’ve got answers for all your questions.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up for Songpact, you get a 30-day free trial with 2 complimentary contract creation credits. During the trial, you'll have full access to all platform features, allowing you to connect with collaborators, explore our range of music contracts, negotiate and e-sign agreements, and securely store your contracts. If you subscribe after the trial, any unused credits will roll over to your new plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.
What happens after the trial?
After your 30-day free trial ends, you will be charged for the Songpact subscription plan that you selected when signing up. Any unused credits from your trial will roll over to your new plan.Â
- Annual Plan: You will be charged for the full year and receive all your annual Songpact credits upon payment.
- Monthly Plan: You will be charged for the first month and receive your first month’s credits.Â
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the 30-day free trial, your access to the platform will end when the trial expires.
Are there any discounts for annual plans?
Yes. If you pay for an annual plan, you save 17% compared to paying monthly. That means you get 12 months’ usage for the price of 10 months.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is a Songpact credit?
One Songpact credit allows you to create, negotiate and e-sign one contract. The credit is deducted when you send the initial proposal to your Collaborator. Collaborators do not require credits to receive, negotiate or e-sign a contract.
Do my credits expire?
No, credits do not expire unless you cancel your subscription.
How do I purchase additional credits?
You can easily purchase additional credits through your account dashboard. Credits can be bought individually or in bulk at discounted rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paid subscriptions can be paid for using any major credit card. We only accept online payments. All payments are non-refundable.Â
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification. We will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused until payment is successfully made.
