One Songpact credit equals one contract creation credit. A credit is deducted from the account of the user who initiates the Songpact proposal at the point it is submitted to their Collaborator. No additional credits are required during the negotiation, generation, or e-signing of that Songpact.
Recipients of a Songpact do not need credits to receive, negotiate, or e-sign the contract.

There’s no catch! The 30-day free trial includes 2 contract credits at no cost, giving you full access to explore and use the platform, and send contract proposals to your collaborators. If you don’t use both of your credits within the trial period, any remaining credits will carry over if you decide to subscribe. However, if you choose not to subscribe, the unused credits will expire at the end of the trial.
No, your collaborator will need to be registered with Songpact to receive a contract proposal. However, inviting them is quick and easy. They can sign up for our free Flexible subscription plan, which allows them to explore the platform, experience its benefits, and receive and negotiate your contract proposal - without any commitment to a paid subscription.
Songpact currently offers contracts governed by the laws of England and Wales, South Africa, and the states and territories of Australia. We’re actively working to expand our coverage to include additional countries soon.
