The Collaborators Dashboard is your central hub for inviting, connecting with, and managing your Collaborators. Whether they’re artists, producers, co-writers, or session musicians, the dashboard securely stores all their contact information, ensuring you can easily manage your professional relationships in one place.
Step 1: Inviting a Collaborator
- Navigate to the Collaborators Dashboard:
Click the Collaborators tab in the main menu to access your dashboard.
- Click the “Invite Collaborator” Icon:
Find the “Invite Collaborator” button and click it to start the process.
- Fill in the Required Information:
Enter the Collaborator’s name and email address. You also have the option to add a message.
- Send the Invitation:
Click “Invite”. The Collaborator will be notified instantly and will receive an invitation email if they are not yet registered on Songpact.
Step 2: Becoming Connected
- Collaborator Notification:
Once you send the invite, the Collaborator will receive an email notification and an alert on their dashboard (if they’re already a Songpact user). If they accept your invitation, they will automatically be added as one of your Connected Collaborators.
- Viewing Connected Collaborators:
Once connected, you’ll be able to:
View their profile and contact details- Create and begin the negotiation of a Songpact
- Send private messages
- View all previous Projects you’ve worked on together
Step 3: Manage Your Connections
- Organise Your Collaborators:
The Collaborators Dashboard allows you to manage all your connections in one central directory. You can quickly sort and Collaborators by their role, or highlight key connections by starring them for easy access.
- Stay Connected with Trusted Professionals:
Remember to only invite people you know and trust to your Collaborator network. These connections form the foundation of your professional work in Songpact.
