The Songpacts page is your central hub for handling all of your Songpacts – whether they are in progress or fully executed. Here’s how to navigate and manage everything on the Songpacts page.
Step 1: View and Access Your Songpacts
- Access Your Songpacts
Head to the Songpacts page from the main menu to view all your active and completed Songpacts in one centralised location.
2. View Songpacts
Click on the coloured status button of any Songpact to open and review it – whether it’s still in progress or fully executed.
Step 2: Track the Status of Your Songpacts
Monitor Status
Easily track the current status of your Songpacts at a glance:
- Continue Drafting: Songpacts proposals that are still in the creation stage and have not yet been submitted.
- Review Proposal: Songpacts proposals or counter-proposals that require your review and feedback.
- Pending Artist/Collaborator Review: Songpact proposals or counter-proposals currently being reviewed by the other party.
- Issue for Signature: Songpact drafts that have been approved by the Collaborator. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the draft, it’s ready to be issued for e-signature.
- Sign Now: Songpacts that have been issued for signature and are awaiting your e-signature. Be sure to check your email (including spam/junk folders) for instructions on how to e-sign.
- Fully Executed: Songpacts that have been signed by all parties and are now complete.
Step 3: Manage Your Songpacts
Download, Archive, or Delete
- Download: Save a copy of any fully executed Songpact to your device by clicking the Download button.
- Archive: Move Songpacts that are no longer actively needed to your archive for future reference. Archived Songpacts remain accessible by clicking on the Archived tab on the Songpacts page, but are removed from your Current list, helping keep your workspace organised.
- Delete: Permanently remove a Songpact from your list. Note that this action only removes the Songpact from your account—your Collaborator will still have access to their version.
Step 4: Filter and Sort Your Songpacts
Sort and Filter for Easy Access
Use the Sort and Filter options to organise your Songpacts by:
- Artist
- Project
- Collaborator
- Songpact Type
- Status
- Issue Date
